~ Commendable lady ~
I have been going to facial for a few yrs at Bt Timah.. Been with my beautician for quite sometime.. somehow, i really trust her alot.. after so many disappointments and wasting so much time and $$, i finally found her.. She's really nice, patient and goes all out for her customers.- she give samples for us to use if she felt that a change of product might be good for our skin, but she's afraid we might get side effects, so she doesn't want us to buy the full size 1st.. This way she's not like some other beauty salons who make u buy lotsa different products so that they can earn commission.. especially those places which are more "commercialised"..
- she is v interested in the area of beauty and does her own research from the library, verifying whatever she read on the magazines and papers with research, experimenting etc.. anything regarding that aspect, i can always ask her for opinion..
- she doesn't mind spending more time on me, cos u know how my face condition is.. and she doesn't make any excuse just to save time on doing my face..
- she told me stories of her previous employer whom which cheated customers doing slimming by adjusting their scales b4 the session and after the session. she told stories of another previous employer of overcharging customers on a simple bottle of "aloe vera gel" which was termed as "soothing gel".
it's nice to talk to someone from a different walk of life as us.. and it's great to know she treats u as a fren too.. :)
